Grow It! app

This project is led by Dr. Jeroen Legerstee and Prof. dr. Manon Hillegers. This project is part of the eHealth Junior consortium , which focuses on eHealth for children and adolescents with a chronic health condition. The Grow It! app is designed to improve coping and improve insight into emotions. Young people play in teams in which they do daily challenges and complete questionnaires using the Experience Sampling Method (ESM).
