Summary: This two-year project aims to develop a new and innovative preconsultation chatbot for adolescents with a chronic illness, that have been referred for psychological healthcare. The chatbot will help the adolescents gain more agency over their own intake and treatment process with the psychologist. The chatbot will also help prepare the adolescents for their intake appointment. Simultaneously, the psychologist will receive information on the adolescent prior to intake, thus aiding them in the intake process.
